Mental wellbeing is important for us all as it affects the way we think, feel and behave.
A positive outlook, feeling good and coping well with life’s ups and downs makes a big difference to a sense of wellbeing.
Approximately 30% of Sefton adults surveyed had a low sense of wellbeing which can mean they are more likely to have unhealthy lifestyles and overall poor health.
Wellbeing Sefton is a way of linking people who are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression with sources of support in the local community.
With guidance from the Wellbeing Sefton Coordinator, support can be given to help you develop a sense of control over your own life through building your confidence and self-esteem.
