More than 4000 eligible Sefton residents have benefited from free lifestyle checks for coronary heart disease and diabetes. 

 

Lifestyle checks will identify the parts of your lifestyle which increase the risks of developing circulatory disease and will give you the lifestyle information you need to reduce those risks.

 

Eligible residents aged 40 to 74 across the borough have had the checks after calling Healthy Sefton 0300 100 1000. Healthy Sefton established if they were eligible and then found the nearest participating community pharmacy to have the check.    For Participating Pharmacies click here.
